Lazada Marketing Solutions is a strategic function that spearheads the awareness, adoption, optimisation, and growth of the Lazada Sponsored Solution suite, an AI-powered set of marketing tools that help our brands and sellers grow their business. We strive to invest heavily in innovating new solutions to tackle our brands and sellers’ pain points and elevate their experience while using our solutions.
We are seeking for a dynamic, entrepreneurial, broad-minded Communication & Education Manager to be a part of our expanding team. As a Communication & Education Manager, you will be responsible to lead end-to-end Communication & Education of Marketplace Marketing Solutions products to all marketplace sellers.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing Solutions - Marketplace, you will be responsible for :
Facilitate and drive key team initiatives towards to help the advertising business to grow effectively
Working with a cross-functional team, align stakeholders across the Lazada Sponsored Solutions regional and local team and in other parts of the organization [commercial, public relations, legal, marketing, and many others]
Leading all Lazada communication channels, online webinars, consultations, and demos to educate sellers on the features of our Sponsored Solutions
Writing clear and concise communication materials that capture the vision, goals, and key elements of new products and features for different target audiences
Initiating, coordinating, and reviewing launch activities and deliverables for new features
Be responsible for 360 integrated Marketplace Marketing Solutions’ partnership, PR, and branding
Full ownership of improving Marketplace Market Solutions’ branding image & awareness of Marketing Solutions to sellers
Own MS training roadmap & content, delivering our strategic messages and education materials to sellers;
Conduct market research, survey & feedback, analyse voices in the market
Job Requirements
In order to succeed in the role, you should ideally have:
5+ years of experience in e-commerce, social commerce or marketing communication
Excellent understanding of Marketing Mix, communication practices and procedures
Advanced communications, presentation and branding skills for service-related products
Excellent project management skills and ability to identify big opportunities and working with design, engineering and marketing to launch different solutions
Strong analytical skills and structured thinking
Proven ability to deliver while balancing many priorities
Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite (Powerpoint/Excel Advanced)
Previous hands-on experience with Google AdWords, Facebook Business Manager, Smartly, Adjust and other marketing tools is a strong plus
Advanced knowledge of online advertising landscape, key players, technologies and algorithms
Excellent ability in using data to measure performance, infer conclusions and make decisions
Ability to effectively communicate with upper management and cross functional teams
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
Drive digital transformation projects in alignment to market leadership team and lead digital acceleration agenda related to new technologies especially forâ¦
