Job Desk :
· Check incoming material if it complies & up to the company standard
· Handle claim to suppliers
· Handle data for monthly quality meeting
· Collect and summarize incoming data for quality
· Handle supplier periodic audit
· Handle issue with supplier
· Other responsibilities as needed
· Inspecting output samples using industry-appropriate methods, such as comparing
to standards, measuring dimensions.
· Checking that the assembly or production adheres to standards and procedures and
complying with legal requirements
· Reviewing blueprints and specifications to compare to produced goods
· Recording inspection results by completing reports, summarizing re-works and
wastes and inputting data into quality database
· Training the team on quality control measures to improve product excellence
· Proposing improvements to the production process
· Monitoring the use of equipment to ensure it is safe and discard any that do not meet requirements
· Updating job knowledge by engaging in educational opportunities and regular
training
· Keeping measurement equipment operating accurately by following calibration
requirements and calling supplier for repairs
· Handling Customers Complaint and give solution
· Responsible for undertaking operations necessary for quality testing within quality
control
· Ensure that safety standards and cleanliness of warehouse are maintained
· Undertake visual inspections of finished products
· Participate in internal assessments and audits where necessary
· Responsible for identifying and troubleshooting equipment problems
· Write or document deviation reports, testing protocols, and trend analyses in a technical reports
· Write/revise standard quality control operating procedures for the organization
· Report or conduct investigation on questionable test results
· Responsible for calibrating, validating, or maintaining products before send to
customers.
Requirements :
· SMK Furniture Perkayuan or PIKA an added value
· Fluent in English (both written and spoken),
· Computer literate is a must (MS Office, Access, Photoshop),
· Minimum of 2-years’ experience in a similar position in the wood furniture
manufacture.
· Jogjakarta home-office based
- The candidate can be assigned to live and stay in Bali for a couple of months
during the low season.
· Suppliers database would be an advantage,
· Driving license (SIM C) and motorbike is a must.

Salary: Rp3,000,000 - Rp4,500,000 per month
