Job Description

Responsible for pre-sales and post-sales activity

Designing and architecting IT solution (Infrastructure, Platform, Identity, Backup, DR, etc), especially in cloud, to customer based on their needs

Present product solution or product knowledge to customer

Perform Proof-of-Concept to ensure the solution is meet customer expectations

Deliver the solutions and perform troubleshoot activity when problem occurred

Responsible to handle project documentation and maintenance documentation
Fresh graduate with minimum Diploma Degree with background in Informatics Engineering / Computer Science / Electro / System Information

Have basic knowledge in Information Technology (server and storage, network, IT infrastructure)

Have basic knowledge about Cloud Computing Technology

Basic fundamental coding and database admin skill
