Develop and own delivery of Smart Factory & Industry 4.0 roadmap for site.
Identify and facilitate the addition of advanced technologies that will enable self-optimization of the connected assets on the production lines.
Build a variety of automated manufacturing capabilities, including: IoT, Big Data, Automation & Robotics.
Drive maturity of the overall site knowledge of Smart Factory & Industry 4.0 solutions, adoption of new technologies, and ensure site has the best access to the latest technological thinking and possible solutions.
Manage the installation, operations and maintenance of all levels of the Smart Factory & Industry 4.0 solutions that delivers continuous connectedness, including establishing required user requirement, validation protocol.
Work together with task force team to assess & evaluate initiatives derived from roadmap development.
Provide the regular update to department head & management team.
Develop communication strategy for the site in terms of Smart Factory & Industry 4.0 implementation.
To manage Smart Factory & Industry 4.0 related documentation as required.
To plan, organize and facilitate Smart Factory & Industry 4.0 programme related meetings.
Prepare the budget, progress report & manage the spending on Smart Factory & Industry 4.0 initiatives.
Ensure Quality, HSE, Finance, Procurement compliance as per Alcon guidelines
