Summary
A Commercial Operation Specialist provides marketing and office support to either an individual or team and is vital for the smooth-running of a business.
The duties may include organizing travel and accommodation for staff and customers, arranging both internal and external events, other job relating to marketing such as plans, develops and manages marketing events (e.g., trade shows, conventions, sales meetings). Coordinates customer invitation solicitations, advanced and on-site registration, and post-event follow up and evaluations. Researches available venues and recommends event sites. Investigates, selects, negotiates and manages services with vendors including catering and event support. Arranges space, brochures, hotels, equipment rental, and delivery, set up and dismantling of the exhibit. Prepares budgets and forecasts, and compiles summaries of total event costs, cost-per-contact, audience profiles, and attendees' comments. He/ she also needs to ensure the regular report and analysis on sales/ marketing activities and share to internal/ external stakeholders as needed. He/ she needs to establish Organon partnership with stakeholders to support business strategy.
Additionally, Commercial Operation Specialist often responsible for office projects and tasks, as a contact person with WeWork office Management and General office management such as ordering stationary, booking meeting rooms and conference facilities.
