Responsibilities
Predict the orientation of top products, deliver trending category analysis, guide merchandise recruitment and operation implementation.
Classify and segment the products,explore matching users&creators of every market segments ,prodvide “people and goods ” matching strategy ,promote growth of new users and penetration in market segments.
Responsible for or assist in merchandise strategy study and push it to the ground, such as users‘ preference of products analysis, optimize merchandise structure, promote the product efficiency of different traffic scenarios, products labeling construction and usage, precipitate merchandise operation and creator operation methodology
Collaborate with business teams to launch specific strategy analysis, support business development and implementation
Qualifications
Bachelor degree or above, more than 3 years of e-commerce work experience , good sense of customer behavior and merchandise. Experience in platform operation is preferred.

Possess good consumer & marketing insights and strategic thinking ability, experience in e-commerce platform strategy and BI projects is preferred.
Clear thinking logic, good data sense, possess strong data analysis and execution capabilities, can find regulations, issues and opportunities by data analysis,and help business teams to formulate plans and push them to the ground ,deliver good results
Strong learning and execution ability ,work well with stress.Strong communication,organizational ,coordination and project management skills
Fluent in English, barrier-free communication and expression
