Job Description

The People Discovery & Engagement Analyst (Engagement Specialization) will be working in the Corporate Human Resources – People Discovery & Engagement Division, with the main task of becoming the key person in the Engagement tribe. The analyst will handle strategic to implementation of engagement related matters, namely employer branding and external relation initiatives.

He/she will be working with fellow Engagement tribe member(s) and the Human Resources Business Partner(s) in conducting engagement strategy for Growth Center (Corporate Human Resource's brand for external clients) and Kompas Gramedia.

Responsibilities:
Co-leading the Engagement Stream team in conducting research, developing strategy and action plan - both for (internal) employee engagement and (external) talent engagement;

Developing content and branding strategy as well as monitoring analytical trend

Becoming Growth Center's Engagement Stream representative in exploring and maintaining relationships with related stakeholders to execute the planned initiatives;

Stakeholders: internal design team, event deployment team, Employee Assistance program team, partnering universities, vendors, external platforms, future and existing clients, etc.

Organizing and participating in events initiated by Engagement Stream team and/or where Engagement Stream participated in, such as Employee Assistance Program webinars/workshops, job fairs, university affairs, internship programs, etc.

Participate in other People Discovery & Engagement and/or Organization & People Development Division projects, in accordance with their own needs and own growth trajectory.
Bachelor degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields.

Solid experiences in people discovery related roles

Enjoys liaising with various and multiple stakeholders

Enjoys multitasking (handling multiple projects in a time period)

Self-starter - actively taking initiatives

Strong analytical and planning skills

Growth mindset and grit

Critical thinking and solid problem solving skills

Solid interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
