About Our Client

Our client is a leading E-commerce company, which as part of their expansion and diversification plans, are currently looking for someone to be the Head of one of their Electronic Categories.


Job Description

  • Managing the category end-to-end and formulate category strategies.
  • Forecasting demand and supply to ensure sufficiency.
  • Working with existing vendors to negotiate partnership terms, secure supplier advertising spend, and develop new incentive programs.
  • Managing the suppliers & creative service teams, cross-functional teams, and partner relationships.
  • Building and managing relationship with key suppliers.
  • Adapt in-depth knowledge about the category products to successfully provide wide selection and competitive prices.
  • Acquire new suppliers and negotiate trading terms.
  • Responsible for the full P&L of the category, including revenue, margin, wastage and other supplier income.

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum of 5 years experience working with the electronics in the category, E-commerce, or marketplace.
  • Bachelor's degree is a must.
  • Experience in leading and managing a team.
  • Strong English proficiency. Both written and verbal.
  • Data driven individual with exceptional analytical skills.
