Job Description

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. Candidate must possess at least S1 in any field.

2. Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia, English.

3. Expert in computer skill (excellent in Ms. Excel)

4. Analytical, logical thought process and meticulous attention to detail

5. A high standard of personal integrity, discretion, and tact, maintaining confidentiality.

6. Good interpersonal skill & detail oriented.

7. Ability to work as part of a team.

8. At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

9. Ready to be placed in all RockStar Academy locations.

10. Maximum 28 years old

CUSTOMER CARE JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Providing introductory information to new customers.

2. Receiving and placing customer service telephone calls.

3. Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

4. Collect prompt and accurate feedback from customers.

5. Maintaining solid customer relationships by handling questions and concerns with speed and professionalism.

6. Following up with clients or customers to check that they’re still satisfied with any purchases.

7. Keeping records of customer interactions, comments, and complaints.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Salary: Rp450,000,000 - Rp500,000,000 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Jakarta: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

  • S1 (Required)

Experience:

  • Customer Care/Call Center: 1 year (Required)

Language:

  • English (Required)
  • Mandarin (Preferred)
