Role of Purposes: Call/Chat is a position within ATI Business Group to support one of our biggest client based in Australia. This Position will report directly to Team Leader or Senior Team Leader to that account. In general, this role will responsible for Assisting Agents globally to manage Land Booking.
Responsibilities: To resolve client issues that related to Land booking as first resolution.
Assisting supplier via phone lines
To manage the inquire in timely manner.
Support to escalate the higher inquiries to the respective key person.
Bachelor degree in any Major
Fluent in English (Speaking, Listening, and Writing)
Have 1+ year working experience in Customer Service with English communication skill
Fresh graduate with advance level in English communication skills are welcome to apply.
Willing to work in shifting mode (24/7) includes public holidays.
Willing to work at Central Jakarta (Harmoni, Batu Tulis, Gambir)
Be part of a team assessing and driving achievement of program specific performance within Honeywell [insert SBG].
Risk/OPP development and management.
Full-time internship for 6 months.
Assist with department's internal projects and events.
Undergraduate students from any major, preferably Human Resourcesâ¦
Supporting People Engagement & Culture team in managing events, programs, and communication material across Traveloka; both on a regular and ad-hoc basis.
