As part of the Employer Branding team, you'll play a role in supporting the stellar execution of the People team's programs through internal communications and campaign activations. In addition, you'll also contribute to emboldening Tokopedia's Employer Brand presence on external channels through our various employee advocacy initiatives.
Job Description:
Contribute to the execution of various employee advocacy initiatives.
Assist in concepting and producing our bi-monthly video content for Employer Branding's social media networks.
Collaborate with Nakama to create online content for our social media networks (e.g., Medium post, LinkedIn article, etc.).
Bring ideation and expertise to support the execution of the People team's communications and campaigns.
Manage internal channels and content development for People communications, including but not limited to Slack, bi-weekly newsletter, and monthly live sessions.
Job Requirements:
Final year or fresh graduate from Communications, Marketing, or other relevant majors.
Excellent planning, organizing, and project management skills.
Great communication and collaboration skills
Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (verbal and written).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Have experience in writing, content creation, or social media marketing.
Proactive and self-driven to complete tasks and achieve targets with minimum supervision.
Liaise with internal and cross-department team such as graphic designer, content marketing, public relations, business development and product team related toâ¦
Report directly to department's supervisor, this role related to the logistics of raw materials, finished products and parts.
Run a monthly disposal process.
