Job Description

Infineon Batam is seeking an energetic and ambitious candidate to manage the customer feedback and requests, to ensure customer satisfaction in terms of product, complaints, and quality service.
In your new role you will:


  • To be an effective communicator and ensure all complaints are acknowledged in a timely manner and customers and Business Units are kept information throughout the complaint process.
  • To manage the resolution of customer complaints, within given timescales.
  • To be the first point of contact for all customer escalation issues.
  • To provide complaint trends and communicate lessons learnt to the organization

You are best equipped for this task if you have:
  • A degree preferably in Physics, Chemistry, Electronic/Electrical Engineering with ideally 3+ years of working experience in Customer Quality Engineering
  • Technical Knowledge (Back-end/Front-end process, Quality Control methodology, Failure Analysis, Quality system, Quality audit)
  • Strong problem-solving skills (5whys, fault tree analysis including 8D, risk assessment of the quality problem)
  • Able to work independently and a great teamwork
  • Strong proficiency in English with good communication skills
  • Strong proficiency in Office Application
