  • Manage instruction to custody & fund manager related to own manage funds
  • Handle settlement transaction for own manage funds (linked & life)
  • Reconciliation of custody report
  • Support for project in Investment Operation
  • Account opening (securities and cash)
  • Responsible for due dilligence from 3rd party
  • Maintain POA for Investment and ESII
Monthly/Quarterly :
  • Maintain list of asset & investment activities of own manage funds
  • Monthly Investment Dashboard
  • Provide & maintain investment data (own manage) to accounting, treasury, and actuary
  • Manage investment operation correspondence (letter) to external
  • Prepare net flow of unit linked funds
Requirements:
  • Degree in Finance/Accounting
  • Minimum 3 years experience in investment operation (insurance will be advantage)
  • Intermediate to advance knowldege in MS Excel
  • Good communication and interpersonal skill
  • Experience with project development (system will be advantage)
  • A team player with the ability to work independently
