Responsibilities
- Track and follow up on incoming orders generated through the Business Channeling platform.
- Collect, verify, and enter comprehensive consumer and financing object data into the company’s core system.
- Process order entries received via the web portal and internal applications, ensuring data consistency.
- Review credit applications against RAC (Risk Assessment Committee) decisions or customer grading outcomes, and execute appropriate processing steps.
- Communicate credit approval results to applicants, providing clear explanations and next‑step instructions.
- Prepare and dispatch survey orders to the Survey Operations Center (SOC) for field verification.
- Coordinate with the Senior Handling Center (SHC) on pending consumer orders to resolve issues and accelerate approvals.
- Maintain meticulous records of all transactions, ensuring audit‑ready documentation.
- Identify and flag any inconsistencies or potential fraud indicators for further investigation.
- Support the credit team with routine monitoring, reporting, and follow‑up activities as needed.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar administrative or credit‑processing role.
- Proficient in computer operations, especially Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and a reputation for integrity and confidentiality.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of interacting with customers and internal teams professionally.
- Ability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00‑16:00, with a focus on meeting service level agreements.
- Male candidates are preferred as per current operational requirements.
- Knowledge of credit monitoring, debt collection processes, and basic financial terminology is advantageous.
