Responsibilities
- Execute daily product deliveries using an L300 van across assigned routes throughout Bali, adhering strictly to the schedule of 07:00 – 15:00.
- Conduct thorough pre‑trip and post‑trip vehicle inspections, checking fluid levels, tire pressure, brakes, and safety equipment to ensure roadworthiness.
- Plan optimal routes using GPS and local knowledge to minimize travel time, fuel consumption, and avoid traffic congestion.
- Load and unload goods securely, verifying quantities against delivery manifests and reporting any discrepancies immediately.
- Maintain accurate delivery records, obtain customer signatures, and complete electronic or paper logbooks for each trip.
- Provide courteous and professional interaction with customers, addressing inquiries and ensuring a positive delivery experience.
- Report any vehicle incidents, accidents, or mechanical issues promptly to the fleet manager and cooperate in investigations.
- Participate in regular safety briefings, training sessions, and company meetings to stay updated on best practices and policy changes.
- Assist with minor vehicle maintenance tasks such as refueling, cleaning, and basic troubleshooting when needed.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Gender: Male (as per local regulatory requirements for this specific role).
- At least 1 year of proven experience as a driver delivering products, preferably with an L300 or similar light‑truck.
- Valid and active SIM A (Indonesian Class A driving licence).
- Strong knowledge of Bali’s road network, including major highways, local streets, and tourist areas.
- Excellent time‑management skills with the ability to meet strict delivery windows.
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; additional language abilities are a plus.
- Demonstrated commitment to safety, with a clean driving record and awareness of vehicle‑safety regulations.
- Physical stamina to load and unload goods, and the ability to work in varying weather conditions.
- Basic computer literacy for operating delivery software and completing electronic logs.
