Responsibilities

  • Gather comprehensive information on properties, including location, size, price, and unique features.
  • Act as an intermediary between sellers and potential buyers, facilitating communication and negotiations.
  • Promote listed properties through various advertising channels such as online portals, social media, flyers, and local events.
  • Arrange and conduct property viewings, guiding both parties through the viewing process and addressing any questions.
  • Assist buyers and sellers throughout the transaction process, ensuring all paperwork, legal requirements, and payment schedules are correctly handled.
  • Maintain an up‑to‑date database of listings, client contacts, and transaction histories using our internal CRM system.
  • Provide market analysis and pricing advice based on current trends in the Bandung real‑estate market.
  • Participate in regular training sessions, workshops, and coaching meetings to enhance selling techniques and product knowledge.
  • Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, and customer service at all times.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Age range: 17‑50 years old; no upper age limit.
  • All genders are welcome.
  • Residency in Bandung or surrounding districts; placement will align with your domicile.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to listen actively and convey information clearly.
  • Basic computer literacy, familiarity with online listing platforms and mobile apps.
  • Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • No prior real‑estate experience required; we provide comprehensive onboarding and mentorship.
