Introduction

Responsibilities
- Greet guests promptly and courteously, presenting menus and explaining daily specials.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, inputting them into the POS system with attention to detail.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders.
- Serve dishes and drinks in a professional manner, checking back frequently to confirm guest satisfaction.
- Handle special dietary requests, allergies, and customizations while adhering to health and safety standards.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including resetting tables, polishing silverware, and monitoring overall ambience.
- Process payments, issue receipts, and manage cash handling procedures securely.
- Assist in inventory checks, restocking of condiments, and reporting any shortages to management.
- Collaborate with teammates to manage peak periods, ensuring smooth service flow under pressure.
- Participate in regular training sessions, briefings, and performance reviews to continuously improve service quality.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in food and beverage service, preferably in a restaurant setting.
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English; ability to convey menu information clearly.
- Demonstrated honesty, reliability, and a sense of responsibility in previous roles.
- Team‑player mentality with the flexibility to work independently when required.
- Ability to remain calm and efficient while working under high‑stress conditions, such as busy lunch or dinner shifts.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and carry trays of food and drinks.
- Flexible availability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, including occasional overtime during peak seasons.
