Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly, escort them to their tables, and present menus with a friendly attitude.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, answer menu‑related questions, and provide recommendations to enhance the dining experience.
- Serve dishes and drinks promptly, ensuring proper presentation and temperature.
- Monitor tables throughout the service, anticipate guest needs, refill beverages, and address any concerns immediately.
- Handle cash, credit‑card transactions, and POS system entries with precision and honesty.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen staff, bartenders, and fellow servers to coordinate timing and maintain a smooth workflow.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including resetting tables, polishing silverware, and adhering to health‑safety standards.
- Upsell specials, desserts, and promotional items to increase average check value.
- Participate in pre‑shift briefings, post‑shift debriefings, and regular training sessions.
- Represent the brand positively on social media when appropriate, sharing guest experiences and promotions.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum of SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: Candidates must be 28 years old or younger.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Experience: No prior experience required; fresh graduates with a passion for hospitality are encouraged to apply.
- Core Skills: Basic food and beverage service techniques, cash handling, and familiarity with POS systems.
- Soft Skills: Honesty, discipline, quick thinking, strong communication, teamwork, and a customer‑focused mindset.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods, lift trays up to 15 kg, and navigate a busy dining floor.
- Availability: Full‑time commitment, Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
