Introduction
We are seeking enthusiastic and results‑driven Sales Acquisition Specialists to join our growing team in the Kabupaten Tabanan region. The primary focus of this role is to engage small and medium‑sized enterprises (UMKM) and introduce them to our state‑of‑the‑art Electronic Data Capture (EDC) machines, enabling faster, more secure transactions for their customers. This is a field‑based position that offers a competitive base salary, performance incentives, and a comprehensive benefits package.
Responsibilities
- Conduct daily canvassing activities across assigned territories to identify potential merchant partners.
- Present and demonstrate the features and advantages of our EDC solutions to UMKM owners and decision‑makers.
- Achieve a sales target of 2‑3 new EDC units per day by converting leads into closed deals.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales pipeline, and contract details using the company’s CRM system.
- Provide post‑sale support, including onboarding, training, and troubleshooting to ensure merchant satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to relay market feedback and suggest improvements.
- Report weekly performance metrics to the regional sales manager and propose actionable strategies for continuous improvement.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety guidelines, and local regulations while on the road.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in a sales or field‑service role, preferably within financial services or technology solutions.
- All genders are welcome; the position is open to both male and female candidates.
- No upper age limit; we value talent and motivation above age.
- Own a reliable two‑wheel motor vehicle and possess a valid SIM C driving license.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and comfortable working independently in a dynamic environment.
- Basic analytical skills for tracking sales performance and identifying growth opportunities.
- Proficiency in using smartphones and common productivity apps for data entry and communication.
