We are seeking a dedicated Staff Pengemudi Kendaraan Operasional to join our dynamic transportation team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the safe, timely, and efficient movement of personnel, equipment, and materials across various operational sites. Responsibilities
- Operate company‑owned vehicles, including cars, vans, and light trucks, in accordance with all traffic laws and internal safety policies.
- Transport employees, clients, and goods to designated locations, ensuring punctual arrivals and departures.
- Conduct daily pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections, checking fluid levels, tire pressure, brakes, and overall vehicle condition.
- Maintain accurate mileage logs, fuel receipts, and trip reports for accounting and compliance purposes.
- Coordinate with dispatch and logistics teams to schedule routes, prioritize urgent deliveries, and adjust plans as needed.
- Assist with loading and unloading cargo, securing items properly to prevent damage during transit.
- Perform routine minor maintenance tasks such as oil changes, battery checks, and windshield cleaning.
- Report any mechanical issues or safety concerns to the fleet manager immediately.
- Uphold company standards for cleanliness and presentation by keeping the vehicle interior and exterior tidy.
- Provide excellent customer service, representing the company with a courteous and professional demeanor at all times.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Maximum age: 40 years.
- Ideal physical stature: appropriate height and weight to safely operate vehicle controls.
- Excellent physical health and mental well‑being; ability to handle long periods of driving.
- Active and valid SIM B1 (general) driving license.
- Prior experience as a driver in a similar operational or logistics setting.
- Strong sense of discipline, punctuality, and reliability.
