Introduction

We are seeking a motivated Sales Officer – Mobile to join our dynamic team in Ponorogo, Jawa Timur. This role focuses on expanding our market presence by promoting the company’s mobile product portfolio to both existing and prospective customers. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about building relationships, driving sales, and delivering exceptional customer service in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach new and existing customers to present the full range of mobile products and services offered by the company.
  • Generate sales orders through various distribution channels, ensuring accurate data entry and proper documentation.
  • Collect, verify, and complete customer information and credit applications, adhering to internal compliance standards.
  • Monitor the progress of credit applications, communicate approval or rejection decisions promptly to dealers and customers, and provide guidance on next steps.
  • Inform customers of payment due dates, payment locations, and any additional terms or conditions that affect their purchase.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date records in the CRM system, tracking leads, opportunities, and closed deals.
  • Collaborate closely with the logistics and finance teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and timely invoicing.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to management, highlighting trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Participate in weekly sales meetings, training sessions, and product workshops to stay current on new offerings and market developments.
  • Represent the company at local events, trade shows, and community activities to enhance brand visibility.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: D3 (any major) or SMA/SMK/Sederajat.
  • Age limit: maximum 29 years.
  • Open to fresh graduates; however, 1+ year of relevant sales experience is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to negotiate and close deals.
  • High level of integrity, persistence, attention to detail, and honesty.
  • Valid Indonesian driving license (SIM A/C) and personal vehicle for field visits.
  • Ability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00‑16:00, with occasional overtime during peak periods.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, CRM tools) and familiarity with credit assessment processes.
  • Strong customer‑focused mindset, capable of building lasting relationships and delivering tailored solutions.
