Introduction

We are seeking a diligent and personable Staff Front Office (FDA) – Penanganan Administrasi to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors, clients, and employees in a courteous and professional manner, managing the reception area to ensure a positive first impression.
  • Answer and direct incoming telephone calls, taking accurate messages and forwarding inquiries to the appropriate department.
  • Maintain and organize front‑office documentation, including visitor logs, meeting room bookings, and daily activity reports.
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, invoices, and internal memos, ensuring timely and error‑free delivery.
  • Assist in scheduling appointments, coordinating conference rooms, and arranging travel itineraries for staff and senior management.
  • Handle basic accounting tasks such as processing petty cash requests, filing expense reports, and reconciling daily cash balances.
  • Support the administrative needs of various departments by providing clerical assistance, data entry, and record‑keeping.
  • Monitor and replenish front‑office supplies, ensuring a well‑stocked and organized workspace.
  • Collaborate with security personnel to manage visitor badge issuance and maintain a secure reception area.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, suggesting enhancements to front‑office procedures and customer service protocols.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; additional certifications in office administration or customer service are a plus.
  • Age: Maximum 25 years for staff positions (managerial candidates up to 35 years).
  • Gender: Open to all genders.
  • Religion: Must be Muslim/Muslimah, aligning with the company’s cultural values.
  • Physical and mental health: Must be in good physical condition and possess strong mental resilience to handle a fast‑paced environment.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is advantageous.
  • Technical: Basic computer literacy, including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with office phone systems.
  • Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal abilities, attention to detail, time‑management, and a proactive problem‑solving attitude.
