Introduction
We are seeking a detail‑oriented Analyst QA – Quality Assurance & Testing Specialist to join our dynamic food‑manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in safeguarding product integrity, ensuring compliance with stringent food safety regulations, and driving continuous improvement across the production line. This full‑time position operates on a Monday‑to‑Saturday schedule, with shift flexibility required to meet operational demands.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and verify that every manufactured batch complies with food safety standards such as FSSC 22000, ISO 22000, and Halal Assurance System.
- Conduct routine and ad‑hoc quality inspections, sampling, and laboratory testing to confirm product specifications.
- Document test results, generate QA reports, and communicate findings to production supervisors and management.
- Identify root causes of non‑conformities and work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams to implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Maintain and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality manuals to reflect current best practices and regulatory changes.
- Support internal and external audits, preparing required documentation and facilitating auditor inquiries.
- Utilize Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) to analyze data trends, create dashboards, and present insights to stakeholders.
- Participate in shift handovers, ensuring seamless continuity of quality monitoring across all production hours.
- Promote a culture of high integrity, agility, and rapid response to quality issues throughout the organization.
- Assist in training new staff on quality procedures, sampling techniques, and regulatory compliance.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Chemistry, or a related discipline.
- At least 1 year of hands‑on experience in food‑industry quality assurance; recent graduates with relevant internships are also welcome.
- Strong knowledge of food safety management systems, particularly FSSC 22000, ISO 22000, and Halal certification requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, maintain high accuracy, and respond swiftly to quality deviations.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite; experience with statistical analysis software is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English, both written and verbal.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends, to align with production schedules.
- High ethical standards, strong attention to detail, and a proactive, problem‑solving mindset.
