Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic Team Leader – Koordinator Tim Proyek Strategis to spearhead the development and implementation of student‑card insurance programs across schools, government agencies, community groups, markets and UMKM partners. This pivotal role sits at the intersection of business development, partnership management, and project execution within the fast‑growing insurance sector. The successful candidate will lead a small, high‑performing team, drive revenue growth, and build lasting relationships that expand our market footprint in the region.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and negotiate partnership agreements with schools, government institutions, private companies, village communities, local markets, and UMKM entrepreneurs for student‑card insurance products.
  • Design, pilot, and launch customized insurance programs that meet the specific risk‑management needs of each partner organization.
  • Conduct thorough field surveys and data analysis to pinpoint target demographics, assess market potential, and refine product offerings.
  • Maintain strong, collaborative relationships with both public and private stakeholders to ensure smooth program rollout and ongoing support.
  • Prepare and present regular progress reports, complete with performance metrics, financial summaries, and supporting documentation for senior management.
  • Recruit, train, and motivate a network of business partners and junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high accountability.
  • Develop and execute a regional partnership strategy that aligns with corporate growth objectives and maximizes coverage in high‑potential areas.
  • Monitor compliance with insurance regulations and internal policies, ensuring all activities adhere to legal and ethical standards.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product development, and underwriting teams to tailor insurance solutions that resonate with target audiences.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; a higher degree is a plus.
  • At least 1 year of experience in the insurance industry, preferably in B2B sales or partnership development.
  • Fresh graduates with strong interpersonal skills are also encouraged to apply.
  • Valid driver’s license (SIM) and personal vehicle for field visits.
  • Extensive network of contacts within schools, government agencies, community groups, markets and UMKM sectors.
  • Proven ability to grow business pipelines and lead small teams to meet or exceed targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in Bahasa Indonesia and, preferably, English.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in sales analysis, customer needs assessment, and e‑commerce sales management.
  • Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
