Introduction

We are seeking a motivated Staf Operasional Serbaguna to join our growing team. This versatile operational staff member will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth daily workflows, supporting technical functions, and maintaining high standards of service across all departments. The position is open to candidates of any gender who have completed at least a high school education (SMA/SMK or equivalent) and are eager to contribute in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and monitor daily operational activities to guarantee timely completion of tasks.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for internal teams, ensuring minimal downtime.
  • Manage inventory, conduct regular stock checks, and liaise with suppliers for timely replenishment.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate operational reports, documenting performance metrics and incident logs.
  • Assist in scheduling, organizing meetings, and handling correspondence for various departments.
  • Collaborate closely with both team members and individual contributors to achieve common goals.
  • Operate under pressure during peak periods, prioritizing tasks while maintaining quality standards.
  • Uphold company policies, safety protocols, and confidentiality agreements at all times.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, suggesting process enhancements based on frontline observations.
  • Support the onboarding and training of new staff, sharing knowledge and best practices.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or an equivalent credential.
  • Age: Open to candidates up to 35 years old (maximum 0 years of experience required, making the role suitable for fresh graduates).
  • Gender: All genders are welcome.
  • Experience: Prior experience in a similar operational or technical support role is preferred, but not mandatory.
  • Core Skills: Strong communication, honesty, responsibility, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Technical Aptitude: Basic proficiency in using office software, handling technical equipment, and providing first‑line support.
  • Personal Attributes: High resilience under pressure, keen attention to detail, and a proactive problem‑solving mindset.
  • Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
