Introduction

We are seeking a dedicated Staf Dapur Profesional to join our bustling kitchen team. This role is ideal for a young woman aged 18‑25 who is passionate about food preparation, thrives in a fast‑paced environment, and is eager to contribute to an outstanding customer experience. Our establishment operates six days a week, offering a dynamic shift system that ensures every guest receives fresh, high‑quality meals served with a smile.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, cook, and plate a variety of menu items according to standardized recipes and quality guidelines.
  • Maintain strict hygiene and sanitation standards, ensuring the kitchen and service area remain spotless throughout the shift.
  • Operate and clean kitchen equipment such as grills, fryers, ovens, and food processors safely and efficiently.
  • Assist in receiving, storing, and rotating inventory to minimize waste and guarantee freshness.
  • Collaborate with fellow kitchen staff to coordinate timing of dishes, ensuring timely delivery to customers.
  • Deliver completed orders to the front‑of‑house or directly to customers in a courteous and prompt manner.
  • Monitor stock levels of ingredients and supplies, reporting any shortages to the supervisor.
  • Participate in daily pre‑service briefings and post‑service clean‑up, contributing ideas for workflow improvements.
  • Adhere to all food safety regulations, including proper temperature control and allergen management.

Requirements

  • Female candidates aged 18‑25 years.
  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Honest, courteous, and respectful attitude (jujur dan beradab).
  • Willingness to work on a rotating shift schedule, including weekends.
  • Basic proficiency in operating kitchen equipment and tools.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work cooperatively within a team.
  • Ability to follow recipes accurately and maintain consistency in taste and presentation.
