We are seeking a motivated Store Assistant to join our vibrant retail team serving the Bali area. This role is perfect for fresh graduates or candidates with at least one year of retail experience who thrive in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment. As the face of our store, you will play a key part in delivering memorable shopping experiences, maintaining visual standards, and supporting daily operations. The position offers a structured shift schedule from Tuesday to Sunday, 09:30 – 17:00, allowing you to develop professional skills while enjoying the dynamic atmosphere of a popular destination.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, positive attitude, ensuring each visit is pleasant and productive.
- Provide product knowledge, answer inquiries, and recommend items to meet customer needs and drive sales.
- Operate point‑of‑sale (POS) systems accurately, process transactions, and handle cash, credit, and digital payments.
- Maintain store presentation by restocking shelves, arranging merchandise, and executing visual merchandising plans.
- Conduct regular inventory counts, report discrepancies, and assist with stock replenishment to prevent out‑of‑stock situations.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets, share best practices, and support a cooperative work environment.
- Handle customer complaints or returns professionally, escalating issues when necessary to ensure resolution.
- Utilize basic computer applications for scheduling, reporting, and communication with management.
- Adhere to health, safety, and store policies, including proper handling of perishable goods and maintaining a clean workspace.
- Participate in periodic training sessions, product launches, and promotional events to stay updated on new offerings.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- At least 1 year of experience in retail, hospitality, or a customer‑service oriented role.
