Introduction

We are seeking a motivated Aktivator Jaringan WIFI dan Solusi Konektivitas to join our growing team in the Sukoharjo region. This role is essential for expanding our Wi‑Fi service footprint by engaging directly with residential and small‑business customers, guiding them through the activation process, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience. The successful candidate will work in a fast‑paced, door‑to‑door (canvassing) environment, combining strong sales instincts with excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach potential customers within assigned zones to promote Wi‑Fi activation packages.
  • Record detailed customer information, preferences, and feedback in the company’s CRM system.
  • Guide customers through the registration process, ensuring all required documentation is completed accurately.
  • Conduct door‑to‑door canvassing campaigns, adhering to daily route plans and performance targets.
  • Follow up with prospects who have shown interest, answer technical and service‑related questions, and overcome objections.
  • Collaborate with the technical support team to schedule installation appointments and confirm successful service activation.
  • Prepare and submit daily activity reports, sales metrics, and market insights to the regional supervisor.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and represent the brand positively in all community interactions.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to upsell complementary products such as premium bandwidth plans or additional devices.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Age: 35 years or younger.
  • Gender: Open to all genders.
  • At least 1 year of proven sales experience, preferably in internet or Wi‑Fi services.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build trust quickly.
  • Basic knowledge of B2B sales management and customer administration.
  • Valid SIM C driver’s license; ownership of a personal vehicle is a strong advantage.
  • Resides in Sukoharjo or surrounding areas to ensure efficient coverage.
  • Ability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:30 – 17:30, with a high level of punctuality and reliability.
  • Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and comfortable working independently in the field.
