Responsibilities
- Prepare, cook, and present a variety of waffle items according to established recipes and quality guidelines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work station, adhering to food safety regulations.
- Assist with inventory checks, restocking supplies, and ensuring all ingredients are fresh and properly stored.
- Provide friendly, prompt, and accurate service to customers, addressing inquiries and handling special requests.
- Operate point‑of‑sale (POS) systems, process transactions, and issue receipts.
- Collaborate with fellow crew members to ensure smooth shift transitions and consistent coverage during peak hours.
- Participate in regular team briefings, sharing feedback on menu items and suggesting improvements.
- Uphold the outlet’s brand image by maintaining a neat and attractive personal appearance.
- Adhere to scheduled work hours, including morning and evening shifts, and be available for weekend and public‑holiday assignments as needed.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Female candidates aged 20‑35 years.
- Demonstrated honesty, responsibility, friendliness, and politeness.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays, and designated public holidays.
- Residency in Kudus or the Getas Pejaten area (within reasonable commuting distance to Superindo Kudus).
- Prior experience preparing waffles is highly preferred.
- Well‑groomed appearance with a professional demeanor.
- Flexibility to cover both morning (08:00‑12:30) and afternoon (13:00‑17:00) shifts.
- Basic understanding of store management systems and POS operations.
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; ability to interact positively with diverse customers.
