Introduction
SPX Express is seeking a dynamic Pemimpin Hub to lead our logistics hub in Mantikulore, Palu, Central Sulawesi. This pivotal role ensures that every parcel moves smoothly from pick‑up to delivery, safeguarding timeliness, accuracy, and customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will act as the central point of contact between the warehouse team, line haul operators, and third‑party logistics (3PL) partners, while fostering a high‑performance culture among hub staff.
Responsibilities
- Monitor end‑to‑end parcel flow to guarantee on‑time deliveries, from the moment a shipment is collected until it reaches the customer.
- Coordinate daily operations with Warehouse, Line Haul, and 3PL teams to align schedules, resolve bottlene‑bottles, and optimize routing.
- Implement and enforce strict handling procedures to minimize the risk of loss, damage, or mis‑routing of packages.
- Track and reconcile all hub transactions, ensuring data integrity in the transportation management system.
- Oversee inbound receiving activities and outbound dispatch processes, maintaining optimal inventory levels and loading efficiency.
- Lead, coach, and develop hub staff, conducting performance reviews, identifying training needs, and promoting career growth.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as on‑time delivery rate, damage percentage, and hub throughput, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Prepare daily and weekly operational reports for senior management, highlighting successes and areas requiring attention.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and local labor laws.
- Act as the primary point of escalation for any operational incidents, providing swift resolution and customer communication.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field is highly preferred.
- At least 3 years of supervisory or coordinator experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related industry.
- Hands‑on experience with both Last Mile and First Mile delivery operations.
- Strong understanding of planning, shipping, and warehousing processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data visualization.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with internal teams and external partners.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a track record of developing high‑performing teams.
- Problem‑solving mindset, able to anticipate challenges and implement proactive solutions.
- Willingness to reside in or relocate to Mantikulore, Palu, Central Sulawesi.

- Availability to work Monday‑Friday, 09:30 – 18:30.
