Introduction
We are seeking a diligent Petugas Kebersihan dan Perawatan Lingkungan to join our team and ensure that our workplace remains spotless, safe, and welcoming for staff and visitors alike. The position is based in a modern office environment with a daily shift from 05:00 to 09:00. Workdays and additional schedule details will be communicated during the interview process. Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of all work areas, including offices, waiting rooms, restrooms, and shared spaces.
- Sweep, mop, and polish floors using appropriate equipment to prevent slips and maintain a professional appearance.
- Wipe down desks, chairs, tables, and other furniture, ensuring surfaces are free of dust and stains.
- Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors to a streak‑free finish.
- Collect, sort, and dispose of waste in designated containers, adhering to recycling and hazardous‑waste protocols.
- Maintain an inventory of cleaning supplies, report low stock, and request replenishment in a timely manner.
- Inspect facilities daily for any damage or malfunctioning equipment and promptly report issues to the maintenance supervisor.
- Follow established safety and sanitation procedures, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and chemical handling guidelines.
- Assist in occasional deep‑cleaning projects such as carpet shampooing, floor waxing, and post‑event cleanup.
- Contribute to a positive workplace atmosphere by responding courteously to staff inquiries and maintaining a friendly demeanor.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMP/MTS or equivalent.
- Maximum age: 35 years.
- Gender: Male (as specified by the client).
- At least 1 year of proven experience in commercial or institutional cleaning.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning standards, proper use of cleaning agents, and equipment operation.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow written procedures.
- Good communication skills, honesty in reporting facility issues, and reliability.
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks, lift moderate loads, and stand for extended periods.
