Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily production activities to meet scheduled output while maintaining strict adherence to safety and hygiene protocols.
- Monitor workflow, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements that increase efficiency without compromising product quality.
- Maintain accurate production logs, inventory records, and equipment maintenance schedules.
- Lead and mentor a team of operators, ensuring clear communication, task delegation, and performance feedback.
- Conduct regular inspections to verify that workstations are clean, organized, and compliant with company standards.
- Collaborate with the procurement and supply‑chain departments to guarantee timely availability of raw materials.
- Prepare and present daily and weekly production reports to senior management.
- Enforce a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging staff to suggest innovative ideas and best practices.
- Handle unexpected issues such as equipment breakdowns or staffing shortages with calm, decisive action.

Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
