Introduction

We are a dynamic food‑and‑beverage operation looking for a motivated Supervisor Operasional Produksi to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our production floor runs smoothly, efficiently, and with the highest standards of quality and safety. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily production activities to meet scheduled output while maintaining strict adherence to safety and hygiene protocols.
  • Monitor workflow, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements that increase efficiency without compromising product quality.
  • Maintain accurate production logs, inventory records, and equipment maintenance schedules.
  • Lead and mentor a team of operators, ensuring clear communication, task delegation, and performance feedback.
  • Conduct regular inspections to verify that workstations are clean, organized, and compliant with company standards.
  • Collaborate with the procurement and supply‑chain departments to guarantee timely availability of raw materials.
  • Prepare and present daily and weekly production reports to senior management.
  • Enforce a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging staff to suggest innovative ideas and best practices.
  • Handle unexpected issues such as equipment breakdowns or staffing shortages with calm, decisive action.
  • Ensure that all production activities align with the company’s commitment to sustainability and waste reduction.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.

  • Ability to lead with an elegant authority—firm yet polite.
  • Basic knowledge of food and beverage management processes.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00‑17:00.
  • No prior experience required; we provide comprehensive on‑the‑job training.
