This field‑based position focuses on offering payment solutions and facilitating the settlement of fines for customers who have already cleared their primary obligations. Responsibilities
- Conduct on‑site visits to consumers who have outstanding penalties and present clear, tailored payment plans.
- Explain the benefits of early settlement, negotiate payment terms, and secure signed agreements.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions, agreements, and transaction details using the company’s CRM system.
- Collaborate with the central finance team to ensure timely processing of payments and issuance of receipts.
- Provide regular status reports to supervisors, highlighting achieved targets, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
- Follow up with customers post‑payment to confirm satisfaction and gather feedback for service enhancement.
- Identify patterns of recurring penalties and work with the operations department to suggest preventive measures.
- Adhere strictly to company policies, data protection regulations, and ethical standards during all customer engagements.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: 21 years or older (no upper age limit).
- Valid motorbike (Sepeda Motor) and a current SIM C driving licence.
- High level of integrity, honesty, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Ability to work independently in the field and manage a full schedule from Monday to Saturday, 08:00‑17:00.
- Target‑oriented mindset with a proven ability to meet or exceed performance goals.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills; able to build trust quickly.
- Resilience and perseverance – a “never‑give‑up” attitude when facing objections.
- Basic competency in debt collection processes and proficient use of mobile communication tools.
