Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Officer – Banking (Area Sukabumi) to join our growing financial services team. This role focuses on promoting motor vehicle financing and refinancing solutions to both individual and corporate clients within the Sukabumi region. The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor, building strong relationships with customers, dealers, and internal stakeholders while ensuring that every financing transaction meets our rigorous credit quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect potential borrowers for motor vehicle financing and refinancing products through both traditional and digital marketing channels.
  • Conduct in‑depth credit assessments, including financial statement analysis, cash‑flow evaluation, and risk scoring, to determine borrower eligibility.
  • Prepare and submit loan applications, ensuring all documentation complies with regulatory and internal policy requirements.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with dealers, automotive partners, and other third‑party stakeholders to generate a steady pipeline of qualified leads.
  • Negotiate loan terms, interest rates, and repayment schedules while aligning with the bank’s risk appetite and profitability goals.
  • Monitor the performance of the loan portfolio, proactively managing delinquent accounts and collaborating with collection teams when necessary.
  • Deliver regular sales reports, market intelligence, and performance metrics to senior management.
  • Participate in community events and networking activities to enhance the bank’s brand visibility in the Sukabumi area.
  • Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive offerings to continuously improve product positioning.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (D4) in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Maximum age: 35 years.
  • At least 1 year of proven experience in banking sales, vehicle financing, or related financial services.
  • Strong analytical abilities, particularly in credit risk assessment and digital marketing analysis.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems, Microsoft Office suite, and basic data analytics tools.
  • Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and capable of working independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
