Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and continuously improve end‑to‑end recruitment strategies for both mass hiring campaigns and strategic, senior‑level placements.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of recruiters and coordinators, setting performance targets and conducting regular feedback sessions.
- Collaborate with department heads to forecast manpower needs, conduct workforce planning, and create detailed hiring roadmaps.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and emerging sourcing platforms to build robust talent pools.
- Manage the employer branding agenda, producing compelling content for social media, career sites, and university outreach programs.
- Oversee the full interview cycle, including screening, assessment, scheduling, and offer negotiation, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Analyze recruitment metrics (time‑to‑fill, quality‑of‑hire, source effectiveness) and present actionable insights to senior management.
- Maintain compliance with local labor laws, diversity and inclusion standards, and internal HR policies.
- Coordinate onboarding activities with HR Operations to ensure seamless integration of new hires into the organization.
- Stay abreast of talent market trends, competitor hiring practices, and emerging technologies that can enhance the recruitment function.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of hands‑on experience in talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
- Proven track record in managing both high‑volume recruiting drives and strategic executive searches.
- Strong analytical skills for workforce planning, data‑driven decision making, and KPI reporting.
- Proficiency with ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other digital sourcing tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder‑management abilities.
- Ability to thrive under tight deadlines and in a fast‑paced, ever‑changing environment.
- Knowledge of employer branding concepts and current talent market insights is a distinct advantage.
