Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Preferred: At least 1 year of experience in the F&B or hospitality sector, though motivated newcomers are welcome.
- Physical fitness and mental resilience to handle long shifts, standing for extended periods, and a fast‑paced work environment.
- Professional appearance: well‑groomed, neat attire, with height requirements of 155 cm (women) or 160 cm (men) as a guideline.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including active listening, clear communication, and the ability to build rapport with diverse guests.
- Team‑oriented mindset with proven ability to cooperate effectively with kitchen, bar, and management staff.
