Introduction

We are seeking a diligent and detail‑oriented Administrator Bisnis Channeling to join our fast‑growing operations in Cimahi, Jawa Barat. This pivotal role serves as the bridge between incoming business channel orders and our credit processing teams, ensuring that every consumer application is accurately captured, verified, and moved forward in a timely manner. The successful candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment, possess strong computer skills, and demonstrate unwavering integrity while handling sensitive financial data.

Responsibilities

  • Track and follow up on all orders received through the Business Channeling source, guaranteeing that no request falls through the cracks.
  • Collect, verify, and enter complete consumer and financing object data into the company’s proprietary system, maintaining a high level of accuracy.
  • Input orders received via web portals and internal platforms, ensuring that each entry conforms to established formatting and validation rules.
  • Review credit applications against RAC (Risk Assessment Committee) outcomes or consumer grading, and process approvals or rejections accordingly.
  • Communicate credit decision results to applicants promptly, providing clear explanations and next‑step instructions.
  • Dispatch survey orders to the Survey Operations Center (SOC) and monitor their progress until completion.
  • Coordinate closely with the SHC (Sales and Handling Center) to align on the status of each consumer order and resolve any outstanding issues.
  • Maintain organized records of all interactions, documents, and system entries for audit purposes.
  • Support the team in periodic reporting, data analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives related to order processing efficiency.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in credit administration, order processing, or a similar financial‑service role.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and the ability to quickly learn specialized software.
  • Strong attention to detail and a reputation for integrity when handling confidential information.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with customers and internal teams.
  • Male candidates only, as specified by the hiring policy.
  • Demonstrated ability to monitor credit, process loan applications, and assist in debt collection activities.
