Introduction
PT Karina Adhie Nugraha, operating under the well‑known brand Karina Agency, is seeking a dynamic Promotor Penjualan Produk Konsumen di Area Retail to join its expanding sales team in Surabaya. This role focuses on driving product visibility, executing in‑store promotions, and supporting warehouse logistics for consumer goods. The successful candidate will act as the face of the brand on the shop‑floor, ensuring that customers receive knowledgeable assistance while maintaining optimal inventory levels for seamless sales operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor product stock on the retail floor, performing regular inventory counts and reconciling discrepancies with the central warehouse.
- Conduct accurate opname (stock taking) procedures, generating daily reports that help the logistics team forecast replenishment needs.
- Execute promotional activities, product sampling, and visual merchandising to attract and engage shoppers.
- Collaborate closely with store managers and the sales team to align promotional calendars with retail calendar events.
- Gather market intelligence, including competitor pricing and shelf placement, and provide actionable insights to the marketing department.
- Provide exceptional customer service, answering product‑related queries and guiding purchase decisions with a strong sales orientation.
- Assist in loading, unloading, and organizing goods within the warehouse, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on product features, sales techniques, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Female candidates only, aged 30 years or younger, who do not wear hijab.
- Height of at least 160 cm with a proportionate weight; professional appearance with black hair.
- At least 1 year of experience in retail sales, promotion, or related field.
- Strong communication skills and a natural marketing mindset.
- Ability to perform competitor analysis, retail analytics, and sales performance tracking.
- Proven teamwork, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
- Willingness to attend all interview stages and accept placement at Hokky Citraland or Hokky Graha Family, Surabaya.
- Technical skills: basic MS Office, familiarity with POS systems, and analytical tools for sales data.
