Introduction
We are seeking a diligent Teknisi Kalibrasi Alat Pengukuran Presisi Tinggi to join our technical team. The role focuses on ensuring that high‑precision measurement instruments used in research, manufacturing, and quality‑control environments remain accurate and reliable. This full‑time position operates Monday to Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00, and includes both in‑house laboratory work and field assignments.
Responsibilities
- Perform calibration of electronic instruments, pressure gauges, temperature probes, and other laboratory equipment according to international standards (ISO/IEC 17025, ISO 9001).
- Document calibration procedures, results, and corrective actions in electronic logs and Excel spreadsheets, ensuring traceability.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and routine inspections to identify wear, drift, or damage before it affects measurement accuracy.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot instrument faults, replace defective components, and verify functionality after repairs.
- Coordinate with the Quality Assurance department to develop and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for calibration activities.
- Provide on‑site support for customers and internal production lines, including travel to client facilities with a valid SIM A.
- Train junior technicians and laboratory staff on proper handling, storage, and usage of precision instruments.
- Maintain a clean, organized work environment and ensure all safety protocols are strictly followed.
- Participate in continuous‑improvement projects aimed at reducing calibration turnaround time and enhancing measurement reliability.
Requirements
- Male candidates only (as specified by client policy).
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent technical diploma.
- At least 1 year of hands‑on experience in instrument calibration, testing, or laboratory support.
- Solid understanding of basic electronic instrumentation concepts and laboratory equipment operation.
- Proficiency in computer applications, especially Microsoft Excel for data recording and analysis.
- Strong attention to detail, disciplined work ethic, and a commitment to follow company SOPs.
- Valid driving license (SIM A) and willingness to perform field work as needed.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; ability to read technical manuals and write clear reports.
- Soft skills: problem‑solving orientation, teamwork, adaptability to changing priorities, and a proactive attitude toward learning new technologies.
