Introduction
We are seeking a talented and dedicated Studio Photographer to join our dynamic team in Bekasi on a full‑time basis. This role is ideal for creative individuals who thrive in a fast‑paced studio environment and are passionate about delivering high‑quality visual content that aligns with our brand standards. The successful candidate will work closely with clients, studio staff, and the post‑production team to ensure every photograph meets the company’s strict SOPs and exceeds customer expectations.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and uphold the quality of all photographic outputs in accordance with company SOPs.
- Prepare, configure, and test all studio equipment—including cameras, lenses, lighting rigs, backdrops, and props—before each shoot.
- Direct clients during photo sessions, providing guidance on poses, expressions, and styling to achieve the desired aesthetic.
- Conduct a thorough review of images on‑site to ensure proper exposure, focus, and composition before proceeding to post‑production.
- Collaborate with the editing team to verify that final files meet print or digital delivery specifications.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of cameras, lighting equipment, and studio space to guarantee a safe and professional environment.
- Assist in inventory management, tracking usage of consumables such as backdrops, reflectors, and memory cards.
- Stay updated on emerging photography trends, new camera technology, and software updates to continuously improve studio output.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (Associate) or S1 (Bachelor) in Photography, Visual Arts, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 0‑2 years of professional experience as a studio photographer; experience in a commercial photo studio is highly preferred.
- Proficiency with DSLR or mirrorless cameras (Canon, Sony, or equivalent) and studio lighting setups.
- Advanced skills in Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom for color correction, retouching, and batch processing.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to interact comfortably with clients of diverse backgrounds.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, with standard hours from 08:00 to 17:00.
