Introduction

Adira Finance is seeking a motivated Sales Officer to join our dynamic team in Pulau Punjung, Sumatera Barat. This full‑time position offers the opportunity to drive revenue growth by promoting a diverse portfolio of financial products to both existing and new customers. The successful candidate will work closely with our distribution channels, dealer network, and end‑consumers, ensuring a seamless credit application process and delivering exceptional service throughout the customer journey.

Responsibilities

  • Actively market and sell Adira Finance’s product suite—including consumer loans, vehicle financing, and micro‑credit solutions—to existing and prospective clients.
  • Identify, approach, and develop new business opportunities through direct outreach, networking events, and referrals.
  • Gather initial customer data, verify documentation, and compile complete credit applications in accordance with internal compliance standards.
  • Track the progress of each credit application, liaise with the underwriting team, and promptly communicate approval or rejection decisions to dealers and customers.
  • Inform customers of repayment schedules, due dates, payment locations, and any additional requirements to ensure timely loan servicing.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and customer interactions using the company’s CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the distribution channel partners to align sales targets, promotional campaigns, and product knowledge.
  • Provide feedback to product development and marketing teams regarding market trends, customer preferences, and competitive insights.
  • Uphold the highest standards of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism in all customer dealings.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum D3/D4 (all majors) – fresh graduates are welcome.
  • Age: Maximum 30 years.
  • Gender: Male candidates only.
  • Experience: At least 1 year in a similar sales or financial services role; prior experience in B2C sales or property financing is a strong advantage.
  • Core Skills:
    • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
    • Effective negotiation and persuasion techniques.
    • High integrity, diligence, attention to detail, and honesty.
    • Ability to manage a sales pipeline and meet targets consistently.
    • Proficiency in sales management tools and basic computer applications.
  • Additional Requirements: Own reliable vehicle and a valid active SIM A/C.
  • Work Schedule: Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑16:00, based at the Adira Finance branch office after domicile registration.
