We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Administrative Staff (ADM) to join our dynamic office in Bengkulu. Responsibilities

  • Perform routine administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation to support office operations.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including email, phone calls, and postal mail, ensuring timely responses.
  • Maintain and update physical and electronic filing systems, guaranteeing easy retrieval of records.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, coordinating conference rooms, and preparing meeting minutes.
  • Prepare and process basic financial documents, including expense reports and purchase requests, in collaboration with the finance team.
  • Support human resources activities such as onboarding new employees, maintaining attendance records, and updating employee files.
  • Generate routine reports using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for management review.
  • Monitor office supplies inventory, place orders, and ensure the workplace is well‑stocked and organized.
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal staff and external visitors, acting as the first point of contact for inquiries.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting process enhancements that increase efficiency and reduce errors.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: D3 or D4 (Associate degree) in any field; a Bachelor’s degree (S1) is also acceptable.
  • Academic achievement: GPA of at least 3.00 on a 4.00 scale.
  • Age: 25 – 29 years old, with a maximum age limit of 29.
  • Gender: Open to all genders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is essential.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
  • Highly organized, meticulous, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy.
  • Self‑motivated with a collaborative mindset; willing to learn and adapt to evolving office procedures.
  • No prior work experience required, though internships or volunteer experience in an administrative setting are advantageous.
