Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic Account Executive – Layanan WiFi to join our fast‑growing connectivity solutions team. This field‑based position focuses on expanding our Wi‑Fi service footprint through door‑to‑door outreach, customer education, and strategic partnership building. The ideal candidate is a motivated self‑starter who thrives in a target‑driven environment, can communicate clearly with diverse clients, and is ready to represent our brand across the region.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct door‑to‑door visits in assigned territories to promote and sell our Wi‑Fi packages.
  • Identify potential customers, assess their connectivity needs, and propose tailored solutions.
  • Develop and execute localized marketing strategies that align with corporate goals.
  • Maintain accurate daily activity reports, including leads generated, presentations delivered, and sales closed.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing and technical support teams to ensure smooth installation and activation processes.
  • Provide post‑sale follow‑up to guarantee customer satisfaction and foster long‑term relationships.
  • Participate in regular training sessions and share best practices with peers to continuously improve performance.
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to recommend product enhancements.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets while adhering to company policies and ethical standards.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; candidates with a Package C certification are especially welcome.
  • Age between 18 and 40 years old; all genders are encouraged to apply.
  • At least 1 year of sales or field‑service experience; however, enthusiastic candidates without experience are also invited to apply.
  • Own a reliable motorcycle and possess a valid driver’s license.
  • Strong target orientation with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales quotas.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building trust quickly.
  • Team‑player mindset with the ability to collaborate across departments.
  • Adaptability to work flexible hours, specifically Tuesday through Sunday, 07:00 – 18:00.
  • Basic understanding of big‑data concepts, customer needs analysis, and technical sales tools is a plus.
