Introduction
Adira Finance is seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Sales Officer to join our team at the Prabumulih branch in Sumatera Selatan. This role is pivotal in expanding our customer base, driving revenue growth, and ensuring a seamless credit application experience for both existing and new clients. The successful candidate will act as the frontline ambassador of our financial products, building strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and individual customers while upholding the highest standards of integrity and professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Actively promote and sell Adira Finance’s suite of financing solutions—including vehicle loans, consumer credit, and commercial financing—to existing customers and prospective leads.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking events, and collaboration with channel distribution partners.
- Gather initial customer data, verify information, and prepare complete credit applications in accordance with internal compliance guidelines.
- Monitor the status of each credit application, liaise with the credit underwriting team, and promptly communicate approval or rejection decisions to dealers and end‑users.
- Provide customers with clear information about repayment schedules, due dates, payment locations, and any additional terms that affect their loan agreements.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions, sales activities, and documentation in the company’s CRM system.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and product development teams to convey market feedback and help shape future product offerings.
- Participate in weekly sales meetings, present performance metrics, and propose strategies for achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, internal policies, and ethical standards throughout the sales cycle.
- Travel within the assigned territory using a personal vehicle, visiting dealers, distributors, and customers as needed.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum D3/D4 diploma in any discipline; candidates with a background in finance, business, or economics are preferred.
- Age: Must be 30 years old or younger at the time of application.
- Gender: Male (as per current posting requirements).
- Experience: At least 1 year of proven experience in sales, credit processing, or loan collection within the financial services sector. Fresh graduates with strong internship experience are also considered.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with credit monitoring, loan processing, debt collection, and basic financial analysis.
- Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, strong negotiation tactics, high integrity, resilience, attention to detail, and honesty.
- Mobility: Own a reliable motor vehicle and hold a valid SIM A/C driver’s license.
- Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00.
- Location: Placement at Adira Finance Cabang Prabumulih, Sumatera Selatan.
