Responsibilities
- Greet customers with a friendly and professional attitude, taking orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare and assemble menu items according to company standards, ensuring food safety and consistent taste.
- Handle cash transactions, process electronic payments, and reconcile daily sales reports.
- Maintain a clean and organized work station, including regular sanitisation of equipment, utensils, and dining areas.
- Monitor inventory levels, receive deliveries, and assist with stock rotation to minimise waste.
- Support opening and closing procedures, such as setting up displays, securing cash drawers, and completing end‑of‑day paperwork.
- Collaborate with fellow crew members to meet service speed targets during peak hours.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries or complaints, escalating issues when necessary to ensure satisfaction.
- Participate in routine training sessions and team meetings to stay updated on new promotions, menu changes, and operational policies.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations, including proper hand‑washing, food storage, and waste disposal.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates are welcome; prior experience in fried‑chicken or F&B operations is a plus.
- Female candidates are preferred for this location, though we consider all qualified applicants.
- Professional appearance, strong communication skills, honesty, and a courteous demeanor.
- Ability to work effectively in a team, take direction, and demonstrate a willingness to learn.
- Capability to perform under pressure during busy periods while maintaining service quality.
- Willingness to be placed at the Bogor outlet regardless of current residence; candidates from outside the area are especially encouraged.
- Flexibility to work a schedule of Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00, including occasional overtime.
- Basic knowledge of store management systems and point‑of‑sale (POS) software is advantageous.
