Responsibilities
- Collect laundry items from customers’ homes or offices according to a predefined schedule, ensuring careful handling of delicate fabrics.
- Transport laundry securely to the central processing facility, adhering to traffic regulations and company safety standards.
- Deliver cleaned and folded garments back to customers within the promised timeframe, confirming receipt and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of pick‑up and delivery times using the company’s mobile app, reporting any delays or issues promptly.
- Perform routine checks on the motorcycle, keep it clean, and report maintenance needs to the operations supervisor.
- Provide friendly, courteous service that reflects the brand’s commitment to convenience and reliability.
- Assist with basic customer inquiries, such as service pricing, scheduling changes, and special handling instructions.
- Participate in weekly team briefings to discuss route optimization, performance metrics, and safety reminders.
- Support occasional promotional activities, including distributing flyers or assisting with special event logistics.
Requirements
- Male candidate, aged 18‑25 years.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Valid Indonesian motorcycle driver’s license (SIM C) is mandatory.
- Ability to work full‑time with a schedule of 08:00‑17:00 (Monday to Saturday) or 09:00‑18:00 (including Sunday), totaling six working days and one day off per week.
- No prior experience required, but a willingness to learn and a strong work ethic are essential.
- Good physical stamina to handle loading and unloading of laundry bags.
- Excellent communication skills and a courteous attitude toward customers.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a commitment to safety on the road.
- Basic literacy in using smartphones and navigation apps.
