Responsibilities
- Prepare and measure raw ingredients according to standardized recipes for various types of dry biscuits and cookies.
- Operate mixing, sheeting, cutting, and baking equipment safely, following standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Monitor oven temperatures, baking times, and product humidity to guarantee consistent texture and flavor.
- Conduct visual and instrumental quality checks at each production stage, documenting any deviations and reporting them to the shift supervisor.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, equipment, and storage areas in compliance with HACCP and local food‑safety regulations.
- Assist in inventory management by recording material usage, performing basic stock counts, and notifying the warehouse of low‑stock items.
- Participate in routine equipment maintenance, including cleaning, minor adjustments, and reporting any malfunctions for timely repair.
- Collaborate with the product development team to test new recipes, providing feedback on feasibility and production efficiency.
- Adhere strictly to the Monday‑Saturday work schedule (08:00 – 17:00) and observe punctuality and attendance policies.
- Continuously seek ways to improve workflow, reduce waste, and enhance overall productivity without compromising quality.
Requirements
- Gender: Female (per company policy).
- Age: 19‑30 years.
- Education: Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent; a background in culinary arts or hospitality (e.g., jurusan tataboga) is a strong plus.
- Honesty, reliability, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Excellent manual dexterity and the ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure.
- Basic mathematical skills for measuring ingredients and recording production data.
- Good communication skills to interact effectively with supervisors, teammates, and quality control personnel.
- Creativity in baking and a willingness to learn new techniques and recipes.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and handle moderate lifting (up to 15 kg).
