Responsibilities
- Design and deliver engaging mathematics and English lessons that align with the national curriculum and school standards.
- Develop comprehensive lesson plans, instructional materials, and multimedia resources to accommodate diverse learning styles.
- Assess student performance through quizzes, tests, projects, and oral examinations, providing constructive feedback for improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and student progress reports.
- Organize and supervise extracurricular activities such as math clubs, debate teams, and language workshops.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers, department heads, and administrative staff to coordinate interdisciplinary projects.
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student achievements, challenges, and classroom expectations.
- Participate in faculty meetings, professional development sessions, and school events on a weekly basis.
- Uphold a safe, inclusive, and respectful classroom environment that encourages critical thinking and mutual respect.
- Stay current with educational best practices, emerging technologies, and pedagogical research to continually enhance teaching effectiveness.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Education, Mathematics, English, or a related field.
- Age: 18–50 years old.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Current university student status is acceptable; recent graduates are also encouraged to apply.
- High school (SMA) or pesantren graduates must have prior teaching experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly.
- Demonstrated honesty, integrity, and a commitment to school policies and ethical standards.
- Proficiency in both Mathematics and English language instruction.
- Ability to work Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with digital learning platforms.
