Introduction
Adira Finance, a leading multifinance institution in Indonesia, is seeking a diligent Petugas Penagihan Remedial for its Cibinong branch. This role is crucial for maintaining the health of the company’s loan portfolio by ensuring timely collection of overdue accounts receivable (A/R). The successful candidate will work closely with the credit and risk teams, applying strong interpersonal and negotiation skills to recover payments while upholding the highest standards of integrity and professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end collection activities for overdue loans, ensuring all actions are completed within the stipulated time frames.
- Monitor and update the A/R overdue dashboard daily, flagging high‑risk accounts for senior review.
- Conduct outbound calls, send reminder letters, and arrange on‑site visits to delinquent borrowers.
- Negotiate repayment plans, restructuring options, or settlement agreements in line with company policy.
- Coordinate with the legal department to initiate formal recovery procedures when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of all communications, agreements, and payment receipts in the internal CRM system.
- Provide weekly reports to the Branch Manager, highlighting collection performance, challenges, and proposed corrective actions.
- Assist in the analysis of credit risk trends and suggest process improvements to reduce future delinquencies.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls throughout the collection process.
- Participate in periodic training sessions to stay updated on the latest collection techniques and financial regulations.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent; D3/S1 in any field is highly preferred.
- Age: Must be 29 years old or younger.
- Gender: Male candidates only.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in credit monitoring, loan processing, or debt collection; fresh graduates with strong academic records are also welcome.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with credit assessment, loan documentation, and collection software; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, strong negotiation tactics, high integrity, persistence, meticulous attention to detail, and honesty.
- Business Acumen: Understanding of multifinance business processes and a target‑oriented mindset.
- Work Schedule: Monday‑Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00, based at the Adira Finance office in Cibinong (placement according to domicile).
