Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Financial Advisor to join our team covering the regions of Sumatera Barat, Jambi, and Pangkal Pinang. This role is based in a Bank Mandiri branch and will serve clients of AXA Mandiri, providing comprehensive financial planning and insurance solutions. The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical abilities with excellent communication skills to help customers achieve their financial goals while delivering the highest standards of service.
Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted financial planner for individual and corporate clients, assessing their needs and recommending suitable insurance and investment products.
- Develop and execute personalized financial plans, ensuring alignment with clients’ short‑term and long‑term objectives.
- Market AXA Mandiri insurance products, including life, health, and property coverage, through both face‑to‑face consultations and digital channels.
- Handle policy administration, including issuance, renewals, and modifications, while maintaining accurate records in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Assist clients throughout the claims process, providing guidance, documentation support, and timely resolution of any complaints.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, tracking performance metrics and reporting progress to branch management.
- Collaborate with the branch’s sales and service teams to cross‑sell complementary financial solutions and enhance overall client satisfaction.
- Participate in regular training programs to stay current on product updates, market trends, and regulatory changes.
- Maintain a professional appearance and uphold the brand reputation of both AXA Mandiri and Bank Mandiri.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Diploma (D3/D4) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- At least 1–2 years of proven experience in the financial services or insurance industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build rapport with diverse client segments.
- Demonstrated sales acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Professional demeanor and well‑groomed appearance suitable for client‑facing roles.
- Proficiency in using digital tools and CRM systems for client management and reporting.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing time effectively under a Monday‑Friday schedule (08:00‑17:00).
